The inverter is within the warranty period, why doesn’t the factory provide after-sales service?

- The inverter has no DC input
This kind of failure often occurs because the battery is not connected correctly. The positive and negative poles of the inverter must be connected correctly to the positive and negative poles of the battery. - The inverter input and output fuses are blown
Such failures are generally obvious and can be seen as long as the fuse is replaced.
- The battery voltage is 20% higher than the rated DC input voltage
The inverter has a working voltage range, which is generally between +-10% of the rated DC voltage. If it is higher than this voltage, the battery pack or the inverter needs to be replaced to prevent damage to the machine.
- The battery voltage is lower than 15% of the rated DC input voltage
This type of problem is mainly due to insufficient battery power, and only needs to charge the battery pack.
- The load power is too large
This type of problem is mainly caused by insufficient calculation of the load power in the early stage. It is necessary to increase the power of the inverter or reduce the load power.
Some buyers bought the inverter , but the inverter is within the warranty period, why doesn’t the factory provide after-sales service?

1- You bought the products from A, but you are ask B for service.
All the factory of the products are different for parts even they are looks same, So if you bought from A, B’s parts may can’t repaire your products which from A.
2- You did wrong install. For example: PV panels connect too much/ positive and negative poles connect wrong….. etc. The faulty is because you, so it’s out of the warranty.
3- Factory usually can provide parts, but you will have to pay freight cost. (Freight cost is high) .
You can discuss with factory that maybe you can bearing 50% freight cost? Or if you place a other order and parts include frieght cost can be free?
4- You didn’t describe your problem clearly or you didn’t provide video or picture to suppliers.
You have to understand that supplier need clearly video to check the problem of the inverter because inverter is far from them. Will have many reason cause the inverter not work, they have to eliminate the problem one by one and find it out, then they can solve it .
5- The sales you connect is not professional, maybe they are just johning the company and they no experience for the products. So can’t provide good seveice for you
6- You contacted a fraud company that they just want to do bussiness once. they can’t provide good after sales service
