Fault code

01- Fan is locked when inverter is off

02-Over temperature

03-Battery voltage is too high

04-Battery voltage is too low

05-Output short circuited or over temperature is detected by internal converter components

06-Output voltage is too high

07-Overload time out

08-Bus voltage is too high

09- Bus soft start faild

51-Over current or surge

52-Bus voltage is too low

53-Inverter soft start failed

54-Over DC voltage in AC output

57-Current sensor failed

58-Output voltage is too low

59-PV voltage is over limitation

Common error codes and solve way:

01- Fan is locked when inverter is off

If lcd display happen 01 error. Please check if something blocked fans. Usually fans have dust or little animals. Fans with good quality , usually no quality problems.

06-Output voltage is too high

if lcd display happen 06 error. Please check below parts of the IGBT which it’s from mainboard. You will have to change the bad parts or change a new mianboard will be faster.

09- Bus soft start faild

If lcd display happen 09 error, Pls check below parts which it’s from PV board. Usually transformer have problem, so we just need to change transformer.

53-Inverter soft start failed or 58-Output voltage is too low

If lcd display happen 53 error. Pls check below parts which it’s from mainboard. You just need to find the bad parts and change it , inverter will be repaired.
